Meteora Stay & Co-Working Space

We arrived there and had a wonderful welcome with a lot of explanations. The whole place is beautiful and charming, also so relaxing. Such a great vibe there. Pool, working space, balcony, everything was well thought. The room was beautiful too and not big but well equipped. Also happy it was outside the main street to make us discover street food and nice local restaurants just beside. We ate so well!! Would go back anytime!

A very beautiful hotel located in the heart of Tulum! Room were very cleaned and tidy, wonderful and helpful staff, great atmosphere! I will definitely be back!

The place is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. The moment you enter the building, you'll notice it's a serene environment. The co-working space and lounging are curated beautifully. The coffee place is truly outstanding with its amazing staff and delicious menu. The hostel staff are one of the friendliest people I've met in Tulum, especially Dario; he is easy to talk to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Meteora.

Loved it, you get free coffee whenever you want, free purified water always available, Cintia was very friendly and helpful, she know a lot where to go and how to go. Rooms are clean, it was quiet during my stay. I had four bed room with it’s own washroom, it was clean, though no hot water to shower, it wasn’t cold either. Nice interior design.

I had a great stay over a few days in a 4 bed room. The facilities are great both for travellers and digital nomads, with only a minor inconvenience of not enough bathrooms. It’s not a party hostel and it’s generally very quiet, but you get a chance to speak to people and make friends. Very special service from Cynthia, the most helpful receptionist I’ve ever met!

(Read this if you have big luggage) I initially booked a double bed to share with a friend (+ private toilet for our room) but the floor space can only fit 1 big suitcase. Fortunately, they were able to give me a room for myself. The room would be okay for two people who travel light/are backpacking The receptionists are all extremely friendly and helpful with their recommendations around the area, and the housekeeping staff are lovely. I love the little towel animals they make daily! The air con & fan are both good, the beds are comfortable The pool, kitchen, and co-working space are lovely and they provide free filtered water. The decor are beautiful and there is a space to do yoga. A supermarket is nearby and restaurants are walking distance Things to note: - a hairdryer is shared amongst everyone which is available in the reception. But reception closes at 10pm. I washed my hair past 10pm and towel dried it perfectly fine (with effort) - the toilets for bedroom 5 is downstairs, which is a bit inconvenient if you tend to use the toilet a lot throughout the night, but is doable - bedroom 5 is next to the cleaning supplies room, which meant i heard sliding noises (from the door) at 8am. I am a light sleeper and told the receptionist this, she relayed the info to the team and they reduced the noise (grateful for this). Just something to note - bedroom 5 is nearest to the road but the soundproofing is good Overall I would return and I’m grateful for the receptionists who were so accommodating and lovely!

For a hostel, they did really a good job of making it seem nice. 4 beds in one room, one shower and toilet. Could be unconvinient but it was ok enough. But then again the price is more expensive than your usual hostel so take that into account. The place was a bit out of the center and I always had to walk about 10 minutes just to be in center of things but it was not bad. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

This was my second time staying at Meteora and I loved it! The service, the location and the calmness. It’s the perfect hostal to rest and feel secure about your belongings. Keep in mind Tulum is a party town, so don’t expect for everyone to be asleep by 10pm. But if you need a clean bed and a chill place to rest in between your parties, I highly recommend staying here. :)
